While at Quest Food Management Services, I had the opportunity to create some social media posts for back to school. I was tasked with creating three different variations of a graphic to be posted leading up to the school year starting. I created a size for both Instagram and Facebook.
NMU Alumni Friday
The NMU Alumni were looking for a graphic that could be used on social media and their website to help promote their Alumni Fridays event series. It was mostly used as a Facebook event cover, so that alumni could register for the event. Throughout the summer, there were different alumni events happening on Fridays. I was tasked with creating a graphic that they could use for this. I incorporated the NMU colors and a photo of alumni.
NMU Giving Tuesday
For this social media graphic, NMU Alumni were looking for a few different social media graphics they could post in honor of Giving Tuesday on campus. They were looking some photos of students, athletics, and studying to post with the Giving Tuesday logo. Here are a few different graphics that were posted.
NMU Alumni Decades MeetUps
For this graphic, I created a series of decade meetups for the NMU Alumni. There was a graphic for each decade that had a meetup. From 1970s to 2010s, this graphic was posted as a Facebook event cover so people could register for the event. In the graphic, the left side shows the current Jamrich building with students sitting outside of it. On the right, is a photo of the original Jamrich building with students sitting outside. There was a graphic made for each decade from 1970s to 2010s, each look similar to this graphic.
NMU Alumni 2024 Grads
I created both a social media post and two reels that were posted in celebration of all the students graduating and joining the alumni family. The first reel was a call for graduation photos from alumni to enter a give away for an alumni t-shirt. From that reel, the collected photos were included in a reel that took a look back on graduation throughout the years. The reels are linked below.
NMU Alumni 2023 Happy Holidays
For the Alumni, I was tasked to create a Happy Holidays graphic that was posted on their social media platforms. The graphic included a mix of holiday cheer along with photos of alumni and NMU spirit.
